REQUIREMENTS : National Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7)in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration / Public Management. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ ride at an ASD/Junior Management degree in the Recruitment & Selection field. Computer Literacy:(MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). A legitimate Code eight (B) Driving Licence. Ability to interpret HR policies. Competencies Knowledge of PERSAL system, Public Service Act, 1994, Public Service Regulations, Employment Equity Act, fifty five 1998. Ability to interpreter HR Policies and decisions. Planning, Coordination and accurate verbal exchange skills.

DUTIES : Responsible for all activities concerning to non-public matters. Responsible for growing policies. Procedures, techniques and manuals. Responsible for price range implementation plan and signal together with subordinates every year workplan agreements. Advice the characteristic managers on personnel provisioning. Responsible for Recruitment and selection procedure in the Department. Control personnel database. Management of remuneration, transfers, promotions, secondments, and administration of competency assessment. Management of vetting in terms of minimal suitability test screening. Responsible for efficient administration of the directorate includingthe positive utilization and education of staff. Maintenance of discipline, promotion of sound labour members of the family and suitable use of kingdom houses solid interpersonal capabilities such as ability to interact with officials in all stages in the department and other stakeholders.
