DUTIES : Ensure that inspectorate offerings are supplied via the investigation of patron complaints, identification of new services, needs and requirements of new work and repairs and the administration of the inspectorate element in line with relevant legislation, guidelines and standards. Ensure accuracy of tender documents, specifications and payments of quantities. Ensure effective contract administration thru the decision of disputes. Promote andassist SMMEs, BBBEE, PPPs and the initiates of the EPWP. Draw up citation archives and assemble specifications, payments of portions and bid documents. Put structures and procedures in location to make certain contractors & consultants adhere to legislations, guidelines and procedures. Verify invoices & certifies growth of payments. Check and process version orders and requests for extension of deadlines. Ensure excellent control, advantageous and efficient workflow of work executed with the aid of Inspectors and file all work allocated.
