REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate, plus National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Security Management/ Security Risk Management/Policing with 1-2 years’ ride in protection management. Registration with PSIRA as a Security Officer Grade: B. A Valid driver’s license. Knowledge And Skills: Knowledge of the access manipulate procedures, Knowledge of measures of manipulate and movement of tools & stores. Check completeness of registers to manipulate the motion of equipment, stores and archives that leave the building/premises unauthorized. Inspect vehicles getting into and leaving the premises. Analyse gathered data or reports on lacking and stolen equipment and stores. Manage coping with of files at points of entry according to classification and the applicable prescripts. Ensure renovation and protected documents retaining of registers. Check and verify all recorded incidents in the occurrence book/register. Check and confirm all submitted weekly, monthly registers. Facilitation of procurement for security service. Check confirm accuracy of work orders, time sheets and invoices Manage personnel i.e. leave, beyond regular time etc., hold self-discipline and make sure that Security Officers wear uniform at all times.
