SALARY : R755 355 – R863 667 per annum
CENTRE : Bushbuckridge Sub-district (Ehlanzeni District)

REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus Basic qualification authorised with the South African Nursing Council in Terms of Government Notice 425, (i.e. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing) that permits registration with the ‘South African Nursing Council’ (SANC) as a Professional Nurse and Midwifery plus a publish fundamental nursing qualification, with length of at least one (01) 12 months permitted with the SANC in above mentioned specialties in nursing. A Diploma in Clinical Nursing Assessment, remedy and Care or Community Health Nursing Science. A minimum of ten (10) years of appropriate/recognisable nursing ride after registration as Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing (2025). At least six (6) years of the length referred to above must be appropriate/ recognisable ride in the relevant strong point after acquiring the 1-year post-basic qualification in the particular specialty. At least three (3) years of the period referred to above have to be appropriate/ recognisable trip at administration level. Experience and Knowledge of the District Health System. Must have appreciation of principles of Primary Health Care Re-engineering. Demonstrate an in depth appreciation of Nursing legislation and associated prison and moral nursing practices and how these impacts on carrier delivery. A legitimate driver’s licence.

DUTIES : Supervise and help allotted PHC amenities in line with the PHC Supervision Policy. Conduct month-to-month purple flags and regular reviews. Demonstrate grasp of the District Health Information System (DHIS). Form part of the quarterly programme in-depth evaluations together with respective Programme Co-ordinators and shape part of the Sub-district and District evaluation session to reveal development on set aims according to the District Health Plan (DHP). Ensure that PHC amenities that she/he is responsible for are compliant with the National Core Norms and Standards. Ascertain easy implementation of the referral gadget and tackle constraints related to continuity of care. Support initiatives of the three streams of PHC Re-engineering. Implement thePerformance Management and Development System (PMDS) with Operational Managers of PHC facilities that she/he is accountable for.
