SALARY : R228 321 annum (Level 05)
CENTRE : Inkosi Mhlabunzima Maphumulo House, Pietermaritzburg
REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4; plus A legitimate driver’s licence (minimum Code B). Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of Human Resource Management policies, procedures, practices and prescripts. Knowledge of computer-based HR Information systems e.g PERSAL. Knowledge and ability to keep and hold acts, guidelines etc. Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail). Ability to interpret and observe policy and regulations. Problem solving skills. Good verbal exchange skills (both verbal and written). The best candidate should be honest, reliable, innovative/creative and have the capability to work under pressure. He/she have the capability to work in my view and as part of a team and have the capability to hold confidentiality, have desirable interpersonal relations, be trustworthy, loyal, have a pleasant disposition and be efficient and responsible.
DUTIES : Provide familiar advantages services to head workplace staff. Administer all kinds of Leave and Incapacity leave applications. Provide Administration help with regard to Employee Performance Management and Development System for the Head Office team of workers (Salary stage 1-10). Process all rank and earnings associated matters. Maintain database, make certain safekeeping of archives and filing of all related files for Head Office staff.
