REQUIREMENTS : Matric/ grade 12 or equal qualification. Experience in Accounting/ Financial Management surroundings and of BAS, WALKER and PERSAL structures will be added advantage. DUTIES : Prepare and/or assemble payments in preparation for processing of transactions on financial systems. Processing subsistence and transport claims (S&T). Preparing corrective journals on the BAS system. Report regularly to supervisor regarding compliance and assist with the instruction of inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual monetary reporting. Posting and emailing of proof of repayments to 1/3 parties. Filing (manual and electronic) and retrieval of revenue associated records. Assist with all ordinary and economic administrative tasks.
