REQUIREMENTS : Three-year tertiary qualification in management assistant at NQF stage 6 and/or equivalent qualifications. 2-3 years’ journey relevant to the relevant discipline. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Prescripts / Policies. DUTIES : Provides secretarial and receptionist guide offerings in the Office of the Deputy Director General (DDG). Manage the DDG’s time table of appointments and meetings.
