SALARY : R970 686 per annum, (OSD Package). The Inclusive remuneration package consists of a basic salary, contribution to the Government Employee Pension Fund, medical fund and a bendy portion in phrases of applicable rules. REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12. An appropriate diagnosed Bachelor’s degree in Social Worker. A minimum of 10 years’ recognizable ride in Social Work. Current proof of registration with South African Council for Social Services Professionals (SACSSP) (proof of registration submitted when shortlisted). Computer literacy, A valid driver’s license. DUTIES : Ensure that Social Work Service is furnished through the promoting of Social Change, trouble solving in human relationships and empowerment of human beings to beautify wellbeing. Facilitate the improvement and planning of Programmes and Interventions to render Social Work Services thru the efficient, economical and superb use of resources. Manage Social Work unit to make sure environment friendly and advantageous social work service is delivered thru utilization of resources (human, finance and equipment) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation. Provide built-in social work services inside the defined areas with regard to care, protection and development of susceptible companies in partnership and collaboration with applicable stakeholders Health, Correctional Services, South African Police Services and different departments. Evaluate and Monitor compliance to policies, and transversal social work offerings norms and standards, South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) and different applicable legislating insurance policies and procedures. Keep up to date with new improvement in the Social Work and management fields and non-stop expert improvement thru inter-sectoral collaboration, stakeholder administration and ensure that the department contributes to integrated offerings delivery.
