Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic 24-Hour Flexi Sales Associate to join our team across South Africa. As a Flexi Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in converting showroom visitors into satisfied customers by demonstrating products, meeting sales targets, and handling administrative tasks. This role demands exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Customer Experience: Deliver a positive sales and service experience by effectively managing the customer journey and account opening.
• Product Knowledge & Pricing: Demonstrate thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales and meet targets.
• Order Processing: Facilitate order captures, documentation gathering, and manage payments, refunds, and credits.
• Customer Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• General Housekeeping: Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
• Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Administration & Reporting: Handle administrative tasks and provide accurate reports as required.

Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric (Minimum Required)
• 1 year minimum retail experience (Experience in homewares retail is advantageous/Flexi Sales Associate Experience)
• Flexible Availability: Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
