Job Description:

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience to fill the role of Preseller Merchandiser Learnerships in Devland. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Team Leader.

Key Purpose of These Learnerships:
The role involves growing volume, optimizing the order-taking process, and implementing, executing, and monitoring merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers within a designated area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Target Achievement: Assist in achieving sales targets.
• Order Generation: Optimize the order generation process.
• Daily Execution: Ensure daily execution standards are met.
• Call Preparation: Prepare for customer visits.
• Customer Outlets: Execute tasks at customer outlets.
• Asset Management: Manage and maintain company assets.
• Information Management: Handle and manage customer information.
• Customer Service: Optimize customer service.
• Route Walking: Walk the designated route to check on customers.

Skills, Experience & Education:

• Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12 with Maths.
• A completed 3-year post-matric qualification is advantageous.
• Experience: 1 year or more in Merchandising or Sales in FMCG is advantageous.
• License: Valid, unendorsed code 8 driver’s license.
