About the Role: Concrete Foreman
As a General Worker, you’ll be responsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This role requires both minor and major repair tasks, ensuring that all facilities are kept in excellent working condition. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining cleanliness in designated areas and supporting office relocations, including moving furniture and equipment.
Your daily duties will involve tasks like carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, and appliance repair. You will be expected to follow safety practices and procedures, ensuring a secure environment for all employees.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Matric certificate (NQF level 4) or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, general maintenance training as Concrete Foreman is required to meet the job demands effectively.
