Job Overview:

Empact Group is seeking a qualified Facilitator Assessor, Trainer, and Moderator for Hygiene & Cleaning. The role involves conducting learnership training, assessing and moderating learnerships, and facilitating on-the-job training to help employees and learners acquire necessary skills.

Qualifications:

• Education As Trainer: Matric required; Further education in ODETD (NQF Level 4) preferred.
• Certifications: Registered Assessor and Moderator with SSETA for:
  • SAQA ID – 57937, NQF Level 1
  • SAQA ID – 36233, NQF Level 2
  • SAQA ID – 20175, NQF Level 3
• Experience: Hygiene and Cleaning qualifications and practical experience in the cleaning industry.
• Other: Own vehicle required.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good numeric and administrative skills.
• Strong planning, leading, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and people management.
• Proactive with initiative and well-groomed.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and assess training programs, and achieve set targets.
• Collaborate with training partners to meet training standards.
• Deliver training on various topics and maintain accurate training records.
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments, and write reports.
• Maintain accreditation, stay updated with best practices, and explore new business opportunities.
