Job Title: Registrar’s Clerk (2 Posts)
Ref No: 2024/77/OCJ
Salary: R216 417 – R254 928 per annum (Level 05)
Location: Labour and Labour Appeals Court, Johannesburg
Requirements
Education: Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum of one year relevant experience (advantageous).
Skills: Understanding of appeal process and petition procedures, general administration, or court-related functions. Confidentiality in Government.
Additional: Valid driver’s license (advantageous).

Duties
- Provide case flow management support to the Court.
- Handle stakeholder enquiries and correspondences.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of court records.
- Administer appeal and petition processes.
- Process and allocate case numbers to all pleadings.
- Perform general administrative duties.
