Are you a reliable, hardworking individual with experience in cleaning services? The Directorate of Strategic Management is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at the Head Office.

Salary: R131 265 per annum (Level 02)
Centre: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Cleaning Services: Clean surfaces, floors, vacuum carpets and upholstery, clean windows, empty dirt baskets, dust offices, and replenish accessories.
• Laundry Duties: Wash towels and prepare boardrooms for meetings.
• Monitoring: Keep track of cleaning materials and report stock levels.
• Equipment Management: Utilize and safeguard cleaning equipment.
• General Duties: Ensure a clean and tidy environment, maintain clean toilets, and prepare tea for managers’ guests.
• Compliance: Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ABET qualification with two (2) years of experience in a cleaning services environment.
• Skills: Ability to operate cleaning equipment, knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures, good organizing skills, and strong interpersonal relationships.
• Personal Attributes: Basic literacy and numeracy, reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work well in a team.
