Job Description

VKB Agriculture (Pty) Ltd is seeking a General Worker for their workshop in Frankfort. This role requires basic induction and involves general tasks within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of premises and building.
• Perform cleaning duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading stock.
• Support the workshop mechanic with various tasks.
• Perform hard manual labor, including moving heavy equipment.
• Ensure excellent client service and stock control.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 or NQF4 compulsory.
• Code EB driver’s license compulsory.
• Previous experience in a tractor workshop environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Service-oriented with accurate, thorough, and precise work habits.
• Excellent health and physical ability for manual labor.
• Strong customer service skills.
