As an Outbound Telesales Consultant, you will

• Execute outbound telesales procedures efficiently
• Handle order taking and assist new customers in opening accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage stock allocation and product changes
• Provide detailed feedback on cycle brief executions

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 certificate, with a diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Food and Beverage Management being advantageous. A certificate from the Cape Wine Academy is also beneficial. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of sales and telesales experience within an FMCG environment and exhibit excellent communication skills.

This role requires individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with the ability to thrive under pressure, are essential.
