Job Description
As a Packer at VKB Milling, you will perform general tasks that require minimal induction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the correct packaging for Graded Mills is used at all times
- Preventing the mixing of milled products
- Bagging, packaging, and storing milled products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) daily
- Complying with Safety and Foodstuffs legislation at all times
- Maintaining general tidiness and cleanliness
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification
- Ability to load and offload stock
- Excellent stock control skills
- Capable of performing hard manual labor
- Willingness to constantly add value to the job function
- Proficiency in reading and understanding English
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday (6-day work week), including night shifts
