Job Description
Fidelity Services Group seeks a Personal Assistant to assist the Branch Manager with daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Matric Certificate
- Previous experience in Branch Administration (advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal communication and client liaison skills
- Own transport essential
Key Performance Areas
- Follow up/manage diary of Branch Manager
- Typing of weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting with Branch and Client queries (telephonically and electronically)
- Filing of documentation (numerically and alphabetically)
- General office duties and assistance
- Booking travel/accommodation for Manager
- Fleet and fuel management
- Capturing payroll orders on the Payroll system
- Assisting with HR portal
- Issuing PO and Capex’s
- Ordering monthly stationery and refreshments
- Keeping record of Polygraph Examinations
- Processing client funds, treasury balancing, float checks
- Managing staff members and overall responsibility for the centre’s performance
- Time and attendance tracking
- Daily stock management
