Duties

1. Greeting Guests and Carrying Luggage to and from their room.
2. Showing guests to their room and explaining the facilities.
3. Taking and delivering messages to Guests.
4. Looking after keys and left luggage.
5. Answering Guests’ questions about the hotel and local points of interest.
6. Arranging transport and making restaurant bookings when necessary.
7. Keeping the lobby and reception area tidy and collecting hotel laundry.
8. Moving furniture and setting up rooms for conferences and events.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Must live in the surrounding areas.
• Friendly personality.
