Key Responsibilities:
As a Wine Specialist, your main duties will include:
- Sales Management: Drive sales by implementing effective strategies and understanding market trends.
- Shelf Health Management: Ensure that wine products are well presented and stocked according to company standards.
- Point of Purchase Execution: Develop and maintain attractive and effective point-of-purchase displays.
- Administration: Handle various administrative tasks related to inventory, sales reports, and customer feedback.
- Customer Service and Satisfaction: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their needs and enhancing their wine buying experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in an FMCG environment, with proven experience in sales management and customer service.
- Qualifications: Diploma/NQF level 5.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in shelf management and administration is essential.
- Additional Requirements: A Code 8 driver’s license.
