REQUIREMENTS : Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant. Registration with a expert council: Registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant. Experience: Grade 1: None, Grade 2: A minimal of 10 years appropriate/recognizable nursing journey after registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognizable nursing trip after registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant.

DUTIES : Assist sufferers with activities of daily living (physical care): Maintain hygiene of patient; Provide nutrition; Assist with mobility; Assist with removal processes. Provide elementary medical nursing care: Measure, interpret and document crucial signs; Operate all relevant equipment and equipment; Assist expert nurses with scientific tactics (i.e. administering of oral medication); Preparation of patients for diagnostic and surgical procedures; Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development: To preserve the code of habits as required in the Public Service and via the Professional Body; Seek gaining knowledge of opportunities, i.e. in-service training, courses.
