Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds.
• Deliver excellent customer service to every customer.
• Establish customer needs and demonstrate benefits to meet those needs using technical knowledge.
• Close the sale and secure add-on sales.
• Monitor daily sales against individual budgets.

Inventory Management

• Replenish footwear, apparel, and accessories daily.
• Minimize shrinkage by zoning the store and following changing room policies.
• Ensure accurate stock entries in the POS system.
• Process deliveries by checking quantities, tagging, hanging, pricing products, and recording in the POS system.
• Process customer orders efficiently.

Daily Operations

• Maintain store housekeeping daily, including dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, emptying bins, and tidying change rooms.
• Assist the manager with opening and closing the store.

Training

• Take responsibility for personal training.
• Learn from an allocated buddy initially and attend quarterly training sessions.
• Complete assessments and receive monthly feedback from the manager.
• Set up monthly meetings with the store manager to discuss progress and eligibility for promotions.

Merchandising

• Maintain stock presentation according to store standards.
• Replenish sizes and assist the team with changing windows/mannequins fortnightly.
• Store POS materials properly to avoid damage.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Crocs products is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
