We are seeking a skilled Griller to join our culinary team at our prestigious 5-star hotel. The Griller will be responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection, meeting the high standards expected at our establishment. Please note this position is live-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to specified recipes and cooking times.
• Ensure all grilled items are cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of grilling station.
• Assist in the preparation of marinades, sauces, and garnishes as needed.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Griller or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Knowledge of various grilling techniques and cuts of meat.
• Ability to handle high volume and work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
