Purpose Statement:

As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining efficient queues, delivering top-notch client service, and assisting clients with transactions at the ATM and other self-service channels. Through these tasks, you’ll gain valuable knowledge, skills, and experience needed for service consulting.
Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 National Certificate (No prior experience necessary)
Ideal Candidate: - Some experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking environment
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Ideal or Preferred: - Knowledge of bank branch environments
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
