Responsible for all administrative activities in a store following the Company’s standards and procedures.

Key Performance Areas
- Manage, supervise and handle all timeously in the store connected to daily banking, price changes, staff scheduling and employment contracts, stock counts, stationery and any other general administration.
- Daily cash ups and balancing by receiving incoming cash, reviewing it against sales slips and other documentation, and preparing it for deposit at the bank.
- Counting and recording money received and/or paid out and balancing against cash register sales records.
- Ensure correct and timely daily banking and reconciliations.
- Daily reporting all anomalies, shortages and overs, price overrides refunds and exchanges to Store Manager for approval.
- Manage and manage all functions and procedures connected to the reception and delivery of goods in line with standard operating procedures.
- Daily scanning and forwarding to the home office all documentation relating to the receipt and delivery of stock.
- Daily reporting of all receipt and despatch documents to the Store Manager for approval
- Adherence to daily housekeeping in the office area.
- Manage and control all weekly stock counts in accordance with the count schedule.
- Plan prepare and administer all stock take counts.
- Manage and supervise all stock take counts.
- Planning and arranging work schedules for the Store Manager’s authorisation.
- Daily updating pricing changes electronically and manually.
- Maintenance and management of all stock-related items (including but not limited to reports with respect to no sales, top sellers and negative stock transactions); 16. Ordering, monitoring and managing Stationery used in the store.
- Minimize expenses in area of responsibility.
- Protect Company’s assets in area of responsibility.
Entry Requirements
- Matric Certificate 2. Must have personal or reliable transport to work to be able to work shifts
- Minimum of 1 (one) year administration experience within a retail environment

- To conduct any other relevant duties specified by Senior Management
- To conduct all necessary and service training as required
- Maintaining the strict secrecy of all information 4. To do an appraisal and personal development review frequently
