Purpose of Role:

Safely drive the assigned truck, verify and deliver goods on time, maintain communication, ensure safety compliance, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities (mileage, fuel consumption, delivery receipts).
• Communicate professionally with customers and warehouse personnel.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and follow company maintenance procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards.
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and documents.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and training.
• Support the team in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven experience, preferably within the FMCG Retail industry.
• Code 14 (EC) License and a valid PDP.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Team-oriented, confident, yet humble.
• Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
