Key Responsibilities for an Outbound Telesales Consultant

Craft Liquor Merchants, a leader in the FMCG sector, is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Outbound Telesales Consultants to join their dynamic team in Gauteng on a fixed-term contract. If you excel in customer engagement and sales, this opportunity is for you.

As an Outbound Telesales Consultant, you will

Execute outbound telesales procedures efficiently
Handle order taking and assist new customers in opening accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage stock allocation and product changes
Provide detailed feedback on cycle brief executions

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 certificate, with a diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Food and Beverage Management being advantageous. A certificate from the Cape Wine Academy is also beneficial. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of sales and telesales experience within an FMCG environment and exhibit excellent communication skills.

This role requires individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with the ability to thrive under pressure, are essential.
