We are seeking a skilled Griller to join our culinary team at our prestigious 5-star hotel. The Griller will be responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection, meeting the high standards expected at our establishment. Please note this position is live-out.

Key Responsibilities

Grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to specified recipes and cooking times.
Ensure all grilled items are cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of grilling station.
Assist in the preparation of marinades, sauces, and garnishes as needed.
Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Griller or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
Knowledge of various grilling techniques and cuts of meat.
Ability to handle high volume and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
