Job Description

Managed People Solutions is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme to unemployed youth in Gauteng. Successful candidates will work as Junior Merchandisers.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised
• Draw stock requirements
• Check vintage, product quality, stock rotation, and price tags
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
• Maintain product and promotions knowledge
• Record merchandising activities accurately
• Execute calls as per call cycle
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products

Requirements

• Age: 18 to 28 years old
• Education: Grade 12 (passed Mathematics and English)
• Programme Duration: 12 months (July 2024 – June 2025)
