Job Description

Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Helderkruin. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and visitors, managing communications, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Administrative Support: Provide support to various departments as needed.
Office Supplies: Track and order office supplies when necessary.
Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
