About the Role
As a Trainee Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Compliance function within Masthead. Your responsibilities will include file management, recordkeeping, data capturing, and report generation. You will assist with maintaining data banks, preparing consolidated reports, and performing general office duties such as typing correspondence and minute-taking. This role is ideal for someone with a degree who is interested in furthering their education and career in the administrative field.
Key Responsibilities
- File and Record Management: Update and maintain internal records and registers, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Data Maintenance: Capture and update data as required, and generate reports at specified intervals.
- Report Preparation: Assist with the preparation of consolidated reports and provide administrative support for data management and reporting systems.
- General Office Support: Perform typing tasks, take minutes, and handle various office duties on an ad-hoc basis.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Age: Between 18-30 years.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is advantageous, and some knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
- Competencies: Accuracy, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
