Minimum Requirements
Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
Duties and Responsibilities
To prepare required products in accordance with the production planning and Nando’s operational standards;
To ensure stock management of the station;
To adhere to the health and safety procedures and Nando’s operational and health standards;
To ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the station;
To perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with the laid down standards;
To fulfill the role of fellow employees in their absence.
Providing administrative support to managers and other senior staff members.
Managing and prioritizing daily tasks and activities for the team.
Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files and records.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
Coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
Responding to inquiries from clients and customers.
Assisting with research projects and presentations.
Helping with project coordination and tracking.
Conducting data entry and analysis.
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports.
Assisting with the preparation of marketing and promotional materials.
Managing social media accounts and responding to messages.
Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and equipment.
Assisting with event planning and execution.
Serving as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
Collaborating with other departments and teams to complete tasks and projects.
Conducting market research and analysis.
Assisting with budget preparation and tracking.
Handling confidential and sensitive information.
Providing support for ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of invoices and billing statements.
Participating in training and professional development activities.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Showing a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
