What Must Be Done

You will be a vital part of making sure our customers have a smooth and pleasurable shopping experience as a Pick n Pay checkout assistant. You will be accountable for the following:

• providing a warm, approachable greeting and assistance to clients.
• accurately and effectively scanning and bagging things.
• accepting credit cards, cash, and additional payment methods.
• answering questions from customers and addressing any problems or worries.
• preserving an orderly and spotless checkout area.
• promoting to clients loyalty schemes and exclusive deals.
