REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate and National Diploma in Public Administration/ Management/Social Sciences, Community Development Studies and or any applicable qualification. Three (3) years’ relevant experience in neighborhood development surroundings and an in depth grasp of public participation and community development. The capacity to show sound knowledge of policies and authorities practices. Must have planning and execution skills, leadership, supervisory and management skills; and the capability to delegate with empowerment. Understand people management, intergovernmental members of the family and using Information Communication and Technology to acquire work objectives. Applicants have to dwell in the Municipality the place there is a vacancy. Ability to deal with pressure and in a position to meet deadlines. A legitimate Driver’s Licence. DUTIES : Develop work plans and a monitoring tool for work carried out by means of CDWs daily, translating to weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Conduct CDW Performance Assessments. Convene CDW month-to-month meetings. Coordinate the improvement and replace of ward and community profiles. Network with a variety of spheres of government and different authorities businesses to advance an built-in government response towards addressing community challenges. Monitor and support enchancment of carrier transport via coordination ofintervention system by means of relevant structures. Coordinate CDWs to efficaciously record early warning in order to enhance carrier delivery. Analyse municipal reports and pick out frequent trends. Receive referrals and manipulate the escalations of reported neighborhood concerns. Monitor and support expanded verbal exchange channels on community engagements. Facilitate disseminationof authorities facts pamphlets, brochures and associated materials. Attend applicable municipal and district meetings.
