Job Summary
Wiesenhof Kitchen Staff play a imperative role in ensuring the clean operation of the kitchen and the delivery of notable food to our customers. This position entails helping with meals preparation, preserving cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen crew to grant exceptional carrier in line with Wiesenhof’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of meals, such as washing, chopping, and storing ingredients.
Cook, assemble, and plate menu items in accordance to agency recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and equipped kitchen environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Ensure all food objects are stored and turned around accurate to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
Operate kitchen tools safely and record any malfunctions immediately.
Support the Head Chef and kitchen team all through busy carrier hours.
Follow Wiesenhof’s food quality, presentation, and element manage standards.
Uphold hygiene protocols, which includes regular sanitization of surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
Assist with inventory control, receiving deliveries, and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
Work collaboratively with front-of-house group of workers to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
Previous journey in a kitchen or meals coaching environment (advantageous however no longer essential).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage strain at some stage in top times.
Knowledge of food security and hygiene practices.
Strong teamwork and verbal exchange skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and a high quality attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, which include weekends and public holidays.
